George handled my first home purchase. I initially signed on with an agent who was hard to get a hold of and unexperienced. George was the opposite. I found him by calling the number on a "coming soon" sign on a house that he was the listing agent for. After talking to him, I ditched the other agent and George ended up handling both sides of the transaction. I was initially skeptical about that being a conflict of interest but George handled everything fairly and unbiased. I wasn't familiar with the whole home buying process so I had a lot of questions. George was very easy to get a hold of and explained everything well. I highly recommend him.
